Attorney Bios
John F. Kennedy
John is one of the founding partners of Kennedy & Dolan and since October
of 1991 has been providing quality legal services to hundreds of clients.
He focuses in the areas of
personal injury and premises liability cases in both state and federal court; and has
successfully resolved cases for clients with injuries resulting from someone
else's negligence in these types of cases both in and out of the courtroom
for the past 20 years. During that time he has earned a reputation for
masterfully representing clients in resolving cases in the clients'
favor. Mr. Kennedy is a seasoned lawyer and effective mediator who has
participated in hundreds of large mediations. One of Mr. Kennedy's
greatest strengths as an attorney is to properly advise his clients as
to whether a case should go to litigation or settlement or go to trial.
Kathleen A. Dolan
In the last two decades, Kathleen has crafted a strong legal repertoire,
specifically in criminal defense. Though she has represented clients in
other legal areas, she has primarily built her solid reputation and legal
skillset through defending her clients in each and every step of the criminal
process—from arraignment and sentencing, all the way to expungement.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Dolan has taken over 120 cases to jury
and provided representation for hundreds of bench trials. She is not afraid
to petition on behalf of her clients in front of a judge when it is in
their best interests. Furthermore, Ms. Dolan does not shy away from tough
cases or courtroom pressure. She has defended a handful of high profile
cases in the Montgomery area, two of which were covered by the local media.
For the past 13 years, Ms. Dolan has even provided assistance to the public
defender’s office, serving as a panel attorney in cases where there
was a conflict of interest between co-defendants and the public defender.
